Rates
Individual Therapy sessions:
$175 per 75 minute session for adults or 60 minutes for children. A sliding scale option is available based on personal circumstance.
Consultation sessions:
$150 for 60 minute individual consultation. 30 and 90 minute options are available. Contact me for information on group rates.
Insurance
I am an out of network provider for all insurance plans. Depending on your current health insurance provider or employee benefit plan, it is possible for services to be covered in full or in part. Please contact your provider to verify how your plan compensates you for out of network psychotherapy services.
I’d recommend these questions to your insurance provider to help determine your benefits:
- Does my health insurance plan include mental health benefits?
- What coverage does my plan offer for out of network providers?
- Do I have a deductible? If so, what is it and have I met it yet?
- Does my plan limit how many sessions per calendar year I can have? If so, what is the limit?
- Do I need written approval from my primary care physician in order for services to be covered?
Payment
I accept cash, check and all major credit cards as forms of payment.
Cancellation Policy
If you are unable to attend a session, please make sure you cancel at least 24 hours beforehand. Unless you cancel due to an emergency or illness, less than 24 hours cancelation will be charged for full rate of the session.
